GWACs and federal agencies

I am a board member and advisor to fast growth organizations nonprofits and for-profits I have extensive research, product, design, content development and service delivery experience in a membership-based, recurring revenue and consulting organizations. I serve as a coach to leaders of multiple tech-based and cross-functional areas. I have a deep understanding of philanthropy services, the donor market, and operating nonprofits in addition to some experience with government contracting regulations, GWACs and federal agencies. I'm a proud member of the 8 A Corporation community, at the intersection of profit and purpose, I try to never my years accept foolish, belonging and doing what's right (but not always easy).

My Approach

Grounded in Neutrality and Inclusion

I believe that every perspective is valid and legitimate. I recognize that everyone has their own lived journey, life story, or why and when they manage I use my outsider perspective and a neutral position to foster an environment that promotes open dialogue, trust, and forward momentum for the mission.

Informed by Learning and Listening

I don't believe in reinventing the wheel. I use existing external resources, personal networks, and evolving practices from leading organizations to ensure recommendations are grounded in learning from other organizations and consistent with industry standards.

Actionable Feedback & Deliverables

I believe that what we co-create are "living documents". My experience allows me to strike the right balance of supporting the important mission of the organization (without weighing down decision-making). With strive to service the right balance between "too much process" and "not enough involvement-for-buy-in".

Prioritizing Efficiency

I value our collective time. I have deep admiration for the work you do, and I don't believe in wasting your time. As we work together, I will use the collective time wisely. My deliverables will give you the information you need to make informed and confident decisions about your giving and our time together will be grounded in our collective goals.
